Blackhawk Gazebo & Display is a New Zealand supplier of event and promotional equipment, including pop-up gazebos, marquees, inflatables, flags, banners, and related accessories.

We supply businesses, schools, sports clubs, councils, and community organisations across New Zealand.

Quotes and Orders

All prices provided in quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

Orders are confirmed only when:

  • A written acceptance is received, or

  • Payment or deposit is made

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if:

  • Products are unavailable

  • Pricing errors occur

  • Required information is not provided

Custom printed orders will not begin production until artwork approval is received.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may:

  • Include or exclude GST, depending on how they are displayed

  • Change without notice until an order is confirmed

  • Vary depending on freight location and product configuration

Shipping and rural delivery charges may apply.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified on the invoice or quote.

Custom Printed Products

Custom printed products are made specifically to customer requirements.

Once artwork has been approved and production has started:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled

  • Refunds are not available unless required by law

Customers are responsible for:

  • Checking spelling, colours, and artwork layout

  • Confirming final approval before production

We recommend reviewing artwork carefully before approval.

Delivery

We deliver products throughout New Zealand.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Freight delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Production workload

  • Stock availability

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party freight providers.

Risk in goods transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Customers must ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery

  • Delivery details are accurate

Additional delivery charges may apply for:

  • Rural locations

  • Re-delivery

  • Incorrect addresses

Collection

Customers may collect orders from our warehouse during business hours.

Please contact us before collection to confirm availability.

Product Use and Safety

Our products are designed for temporary outdoor use.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proper setup and anchoring

  • Safe use in appropriate weather conditions

  • Following supplied instructions

Pop-up gazebos, marquees, and inflatables must be:

  • Anchored using weights, pegs, or tie-down systems

  • Packed down during strong winds or severe weather

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper setup

  • Insufficient anchoring

  • Extreme weather conditions

Warranty

Many products are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty coverage may vary depending on:

Warranty does not cover:
