This Refund Policy provides general guidance on how refunds, repairs, and replacements are handled by Blackhawk Gazebo & Display. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable laws. Each situation will be assessed based on the circumstances of the order and the condition of the product.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product has a manufacturing fault or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Provide a refund where required by law

We may request photos or further details to help assess the issue.

Change of Mind

We generally do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

This is especially important for:

  • Custom printed products

  • Special-order items

  • Used products

If you have not opened or used the product, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. In some cases, a store credit or exchange may be offered.

Custom Printed Products

Custom printed items are made specifically to customer requirements.

Once artwork has been approved and production has started:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled

  • Refunds are not available unless required by law

Customers are responsible for checking artwork carefully before approval.

Returns Process

If you believe a refund, replacement, or repair may apply, please contact us with:

  • Your name or company name

  • Order or invoice number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos, if available

We will review the request and respond as soon as possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.
