Delivery Locations

We deliver products throughout New Zealand.

Delivery charges may vary depending on:

  • Rural or remote addresses

  • Special delivery requirements

Free delivery may apply to selected products and urban addresses. Additional charges may apply for rural deliveries.

Dispatch Timeframes

Dispatch time depends on the type of product ordered.

Typical dispatch timeframes:

  • In-stock products: usually dispatched within 1–2 working days

  • Custom printed products: typically dispatched within 10–15 working days after artwork approval

  • Large or special-order items: dispatch time will be confirmed on the quote

These timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Delivery Time

Delivery time begins once the order has been dispatched.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • North Island: usually 1–3 working days

  • South Island: usually 8–14 working days

  • Rural areas: may take longer

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Freight delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High demand periods

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery

  • Inspecting goods upon arrival

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or no one being available, additional delivery charges may apply.

Risk in goods transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, we recommend:

  • Checking the goods upon delivery

  • Noting any visible damage with the freight driver

  • Taking photos of damaged packaging or products

We will work with the freight provider to resolve the issue.

Delivery Access

Customers must ensure the delivery location is suitable for receiving the goods.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by:

  • Restricted access

  • Unsafe delivery conditions

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Refused deliveries

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or special handling.

Collection

Orders may be collected from our warehouse during business hours.

Delays Outside Our Control
